Thanks to everyone who came out to our last meeting. The minutes were posted in a previous post. I'd like to make a quick update with a list of upcoming LISSO events and some highlights:
October 14: Trivia Night at Winchell's at 8pm
October 22: Friday at Five at Charlie Brown's
October 26: October LISSO Meeting
October 29: Comps Orientation at 5pm
October 30: LISSO Halloween Event, details TBA
In the works for this month...
Transylvania Special Collections Tour (October 6th, 9th, or 23rd)
Be on the lookout for a survey from LISSO which will be sent out on the SLIS Listserv.
We are also still accepting submissions for a LISSO t-shirt. You can sent these to lissouk@gmail.com ; the deadline for all submissions is October 26!
