Hi everyone,

First off, we'd like to thank everyone who came out to our first meeting of the semester yesterday. We had a fantastic turnout and anticipate an exciting year! Minutes from the meeting can be found in the blog post prior to this one. We've planned out events for the month of September and have ideas in the work for the rest of the year. Friday at Five: Lynagh's

Our next event will be a Friday at Five held this coming Friday, September 3rd at Lynagh's Pub. What better way to cap off the first week of class than with a drink and/or bite to eat with fellow SLISers?!

Lynagh's Irish Pub & Grill is located in University Plaza on Woodland Ave near Euclid Ave. All SLIS students, staff, and faculty are welcome to come!
